CHALLENGE

After launching the “Go Public!” brand campaign for Santa Clara Medical Center (SCVMC), there was a two-fold opportunity to promote their nationally ranked Rehabilitation Center. The goal: generate awareness by showing the technology and outcomes, while educating about the need for leading-edge care in case of a traumatic injury.

OUTCOME

We brought dramatic patient success stories to life, showing how SCVMC used “Everything Imaginable to Overcome the Unthinkable” and made this the centerpiece of the service line campaign. Showing examples of how life didn’t end after a catastrophic injury, we connected this inspiring message to consumers and case managers with an integrated campaign targeting general market, Hispanic, Chinese and Vietnamese audiences.
