Being recognized by your peers is always meaningful—especially when it offers a chance to reflect on the work and purpose behind it. Recently, we were honored to be featured in a Telly Award’s Spotlight showing the approach that drove our award-winning internal brand platform development work for Redlands Community Hospital (RCH). The spotlight offered us a welcome opportunity to reflect on our agency’s mission, our approach to healthcare marketing and the stories that drive us.

After the COVID-19 pandemic, RCH faced declining brand momentum and sought to reconnect with its employees and community. Maricich Health helped rediscover the hospital’s core identity, crafting a campaign that celebrated its legacy while embracing a forward-thinking vision. The centerpiece was a powerful brand video featuring real staff and patients, highlighting the hospital’s diversity and deep community ties. This effort reignited internal pride, improved staff retention, and rebuilt trust with the community.

Despite tight timelines and a lean budget, the campaign succeeded through close collaboration with RCH. The hospital’s team played a crucial role in coordinating participants, securing access to clinical areas, and enabling unique drone footage, ensuring the final product authentically captured the spirit of RCH as a trusted healthcare provider.
