Situation:
Citrus Valley Health Partners needed to reinvigorate brand awareness to appeal to
benefactors, as well as to improve payer mix. Brand messaging needed reinforcement,
especially with a key hospital in the system.
Solution:
A new brand position and tagline was defined, and a tactical marketing plan was developed.
Ongoing communications were created to support the new messaging and improve overall
perception of the brand among potential donors and patients.
